WORKERS’ CODES OF CONDUCT – OPERATIONAL MANUALS

It is the responsibility of every worker to familiarize, read, understand and operate as per the attached RCCG Bahrain Worker’s Codes of Conduct Operational Manuals for the ministry in which he or she is serving in the church. This will enable each worker have a clearer understanding of the task that is committed to his/her hand and thereby enhance performance.

The Lord bless you real good as you all take time to go through these Operational Manuals as touching to your various areas of ministries. In case there is any area of these operational manuals that you will require further explanation from the Senior Pastor, please do not hesitate to meet with him as soon as possible with all your questions on the operational manual. These are the codes of conduct for all our workers in RCCG Bahrain.
